Welcome to Conwo: Job Match & Chat! These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vefa Kosova, the developer of the Conwo: Job Match & Chat mobile application (also referred to as "Conwo," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms) governing your use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conwo: Job Match & Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Conwo: Job Match & Chat.
• You must be legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must promptly update your information if it changes.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Professional Matching Service

• Conwo: Job Match & Chat matches users based on their professional backgrounds and interests.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or matches.
• You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
• We reserve the right to modify matching algorithms at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate the matching system.
• Collect user information without consent.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• If you encounter abusive content, report it via Settings → Help → Report User; we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You retain rights to content you create and share.
• You grant us a license to use your content to operate the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Conwo: Job Match & Chat, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Conwo: Job Match & Chat may offer features accessible via in-app purchases. These can be:
  • Monthly Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Packages that renew automatically each month unless canceled.
  • One-Time (Single-Use) Purchases: Packages that are purchased once and do not automatically renew.
• Pricing for all in-app purchases (both subscriptions and one-time packages) is determined by Apple and displayed in the App Store prior to purchase.
• Payments are processed through the App Store (Apple) and are also managed via RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service.
• For Monthly Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
  • Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings (typically found in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device).
• For One-Time (Single-Use) Purchases:
  • Your Apple ID will be charged once at confirmation of purchase.
  • These packages do not automatically renew.
• Any unused portion of a free-trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription or a one-time package.
• You may be able to restore applicable purchases (like non-consumable one-time purchases or active subscriptions) on any device using the same Apple ID, subject to App Store policies.
• All payment processing, and refund requests are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please refer to Apple's support documentation, such as support.apple.com/HT204084.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Conwo: Job Match & Chat only, and not with Apple Inc. You further acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third‑party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third‑party beneficiary.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
